I went to the Hoyts<\/a> Entx<\/a> cinema today and still had my camera in my bag so decided to take some photos, this is the South City Shopping Centre<\/a><\/p><\/div>\n

The Christchurch CBD is depressingly ugly<\/p><\/div>\n

Nothing really stands out<\/p><\/div>\n

All the new buildings are mostly glass monstrosities<\/p><\/div>\n

I wish there was more of this kind of stuff (Hide on St Asaph St)<\/p><\/div>\n

Cafe Valentino, good pizza here and nice atmosphere, just wish they would remove the TV from the wall, I intensely dislike it when pubs display sports on big screens, it’s boring and distracting<\/p><\/div>\n

Wilson Parking, absolutely horrible. Big effing money grabbers. Everybody hates them. Just google “Wilson parking sucks”.<\/p><\/div>\n

I guess the public has been trying to make the fence look a little less depressing<\/p><\/div>\n

At least there are some murals that are quite cool, no idea who the dude is though<\/p><\/div>\n

Someone can proudly tell at the dinner table later on that they made the world a better place today…<\/p><\/div>\n

Seriously, who’d want to live here? I assume it’s some residential building<\/p><\/div>\n

At least EntX did a decent job of providing some fun<\/p><\/div>\n

There’s lots to do here, including 10 pin bowling<\/p><\/div>\n

Not a lot of people yet but it has great potential<\/p><\/div>\n
